Music in the Woods

Celebrate the season with music in the meadows of Oregon Ridge Nature Center! Enjoy this family-friendly festival with diverse local bands and solo musicians!
Blankets and lawn chairs encouraged!

Enjoy a beautiful afternoon and evening of music on the grounds of the Oregon Ridge Nature Center. The Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks, along with the Oregon Ridge Nature Center Council, hosts this annual event of local musicians and bands at a family-friendly festival. Guests will enjoy music from soloists and groups performing anything from folk, bluegrass, rock, and more on an outdoor stage. Visitors can also bring their own instruments and join in an impromptu jam session.

Vendors and crafts for kids will be available all day. We encourage families and friends to bring their lawn chairs or picnic blankets and enjoy all the music.
